She specializes in Haircuts, Razor Cutting, Perms, Hair Color and Foiling, Color Correction, Lash and Brow Tinting, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures, Make-Up Application, and Air Brush Tanning.
Heather is a graduate of Faust Institute of Cosmetology, Spirit Lake, Iowa, and is a member of Iowa Cosmetologists and Educators and also serves as a Director on the State Board of Cosmetologists and Barbers of Iowa. She joined the Design Masters team in June of 1997.
